Designed for relaxation and reconnection, this retreat offers a unique chance to unwind and embrace the rhythm of nature.

Some of us need permission to stop. Not the idea of stopping — we've read the books, we know — but an actual place, with actual quiet, where the stopping is already built in.

This is that place.

Five Senses Retreats is a small-group Nordic slow-travel experience rooted in Finnish nature, culture, and wellbeing — foraging, sauna, kantele music, cyanotype photography, fire and lake and forest silence. The Sun & Light retreat brings these elements together over a long summer weekend.

I'll be there as a practitioner, leading Move & Settle — offering guided mindfulness sessions across the weekend, woven into the retreat's rhythm.

If you're a longtime listener, you'll recognise the thread — movement and stillness as two sides of the same practice. This retreat is a chance to live that, not just think about it.

The full retreat includes: Sensory experiences across all five senses, led by expert practitioners in herbalism, music, photography, movement, and Nordic wellbeing. Small group. Finnish forest.
